If a mutually agreed solution is not possible, all disputes will be settled by a competent court in Ljubljana under national law.
Založba ZRC does not recognize any body providing extrajudicial consumer dispute resolution procedures as competent for resolving disputes that consumers may initiate in accordance with Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIRPS). This signifies that any disputes are solved before a competent court.
